01
How this works, start to finish.
Six steps, plain English, and an honest account of what we can prove versus what we can only show you.
Most marketing companies tell you it worked. We would rather show you the before, the after, and the receipt for what changed in between. Here is the whole process, with nothing hidden behind a sales call.
02
The six steps.
You run the free check
Type your web address into the box on our home page. In about a minute you get two scores out of 100 and a list of what is wrong. No email, no signup, no call.
The two scores are SEO Health (can search engines use your site properly?) and AI Readiness (can an AI assistant read your site and repeat what you do?). We never blend them into one number, because they break for different reasons and get fixed different ways.
We set the starting line — $497
This is the Benchmark. We run the full check, save the result, and write down exactly where you stand today. That saved result is what everything later gets compared against. If you go ahead with us, the $497 comes off your first bill.
This is the step most people skip, and it is the reason most marketing cannot prove anything. If nobody wrote down the before, there is no after.
You get the plan, with prices
A short list of what we would fix, in the order we would fix it, and what each part costs. Every item points at a real page on your site and the specific rule it broke. If we think the work is not worth doing, we say so and you keep the report.
We do the work
That might be a new website, or fixes to the one you have, or getting your site readable by AI assistants. You approve the structure before anyone writes code.
We measure the same way, again
We re-run the exact same check, using the exact same rules as your Benchmark. Same test, same scoring, so the before and after actually line up.
If we quietly changed the test between the before and after, the comparison would be worthless — and it would flatter us. So the test is locked at the Benchmark and stored with your result.
You get proof, monthly
A report that shows what changed and what caused it. Every improvement points back to a rule, a page, and a date. You can check our work; that is the point.
03
How we know it was us.
There are two kinds of results, and mixing them up is how marketing gets a bad name. We keep them apart and label them.
Things we can prove
Your page had no title. Now it has one. Your site did not tell AI assistants who you are. Now it does. These are facts about your website. We changed them, we can show you the before and the after, and nobody else could have caused it. This is most of what you are paying for.
Things we can show, but not prove
Where you rank, and whether an AI assistant names you. These move for reasons nobody controls — a competitor changes their site, Google changes how it works, or your trade has a busy season. We report these honestly, as evidence rather than proof.
To make that evidence mean something, we also track a set of searches we did not work on, in your same market. If the ones we worked on improve and the untouched ones stay flat, that is a real signal. If everything moved together, something bigger than us moved it — and we will tell you that instead of taking the credit.
We do not charge based on how often you get named. Nobody controls that number, so billing on it would be billing you for luck.
04
Why we lock the test.
Every check we run is saved with the exact version of the rules we used. A score from one version is never compared against a score from another.
Here is why that matters. Suppose we made the test a little easier next month and your score went up nine points. Nothing about your business changed, but the report would look like we earned it. Locking the rules to your Benchmark makes that impossible. It is a guard against us, and it is on your side.
The same idea covers ranking. The list of searches we measure is fixed when your program starts. If that list changes, it is a new starting line and we say so — we do not quietly swap it and call the result an improvement.
05
What you actually get.
- Your two scores, tracked from day one, on rules that cannot shift under you
- Every issue found on your site, with the page and the reason — not a top-ten summary
- A written plan with prices before any work starts
- A monthly report separating what we caused from what merely moved
- The Benchmark fee credited in full if you continue
06
Where each product fits.
- Web
- The site itself. Buy it on its own from $1,900 — you never have to hear another word from us about anything else. See website pricing.
- AEO
- Answer engine optimization — the work of getting your business named when a customer asks an AI assistant instead of typing into a search box. Starts with the $497 Benchmark, then a monthly retainer. See how the scoring works.
- JobTrace
- Turning finished jobs into pages that prove you did the work. It needs a site we host and jobs you actually send us, so it is an add-on rather than something you buy alone. See JobTrace.
- Bots
- Once the site works, our parent company automates what happens next — answering, scheduling, quoting, chasing paperwork. $499 to $799 a month per bot. Browse the bot catalog.
