01
Build it right the first time.
Ground-up builds: wireframes, forms, payments, e-commerce, migration.
Most of the sites we audit weren't built badly. They were built for a web that doesn't exist anymore — before answer engines, before half your customers arrived on a phone, before a form had to reach your crew in the field. When the foundation is the problem, we build from the ground up.
02
Wireframes first, code last.
Structure is approved before design, and design before code. You sign off the wireframe — every page, every form, where each button goes — before anyone styles a pixel. Then you approve the design before we write the build. At each gate the changes are free; we would rather move a box on a wireframe than rebuild a coded page.
03
Forms that reach the crew.
Intake, quote requests, scheduling — routed to where the work actually happens.
Every form lands somewhere real: an inbox you check, a CRM your office runs, or a text to the phone in the truck. The failure we fix is the form that goes nowhere — the one that collects a lead into a database no one opens. If a submission needs to reach the field, we wire it to the field.
04
Payments, wired and tested.
If you take money on the site, the gateway is wired and tested on the processor you already use — not swapped for one that pays us a referral. We test a live transaction before launch so the first real customer is not the first real test.
05
E-commerce, only when you sell product.
If you sell product, we build the store — catalog, cart, checkout, tax, shipping. If you don't, we will talk you out of it. A cart on a service business is weight with no payoff, and saying so is the whole difference between a technologist and someone selling you features.
06
Migration that keeps your rankings.
A full 301 map, generated from the crawl — not hand-written from memory.
The crawler already captured every URL you have, so the redirect map is generated from data, not typed by hand and half-missed. This is the objection every owner raises, and it is the right one: redesigns that skip the migration lose 20–60% of their organic traffic within 90 days. We don't launch without the map.
07
The foundation the rest is built on.
A ground-up build is the foundation the audit scores and JobTrace publishes onto — get it right and the rest has something solid to stand on. None of it is required: plenty of clients buy the site and stop there.
08
What a build costs.
Three tiers, each with a one-time price and a 24-month price. Both columns buy the same site.

- 3–4 weeks
$7,500 one-timeor $352/mo for 24 months
Both columns buy the same site. The monthly is the build divided over 24 months plus $39/mo hosting, rounded up to the whole dollar — no interest and no financing markup beyond that rounding. At month 24 it drops to hosting alone and the site is yours outright. Cancel before month 24 and the remaining build balance comes due.
Hosting is $39/mo — SSL, daily encrypted backups, monitoring, and up to 30 minutes of content edits a month. Included in every monthly plan.
