Both columns buy the same site. The monthly is the build divided over 24 months plus $39/mo hosting, rounded up to the whole dollar — no interest and no financing markup beyond that rounding. At month 24 it drops to hosting alone and the site is yours outright. Cancel before month 24 and the remaining build balance comes due.
Hosting is $39/mo — SSL, daily encrypted backups, monitoring, and up to 30 minutes of content edits a month. Included in every monthly plan.

If CoreShift built your site, onboarding is waived — that work is already done and you should not pay for it twice. The $497 Benchmark audit is credited in full against onboarding if you continue. Watch has no onboarding and no minimum.

JobTrace — the add-on.
Priced per engagement. Available on any Web tier; requires a site we host and can publish onto.
A verified trace is a finished job published as evidence — the location, the date, the work performed, the photos. You supply the job; we do the publishing. A JobTrace plan buys publishing capacity, not a promise about how much work you'll book. If you aren't going to send us jobs, don't buy this yet.

The site is the front door; the bots are the back office.
The most expensive website we sell costs less per month than the cheapest bot — that's deliberate. Bots are priced on the main CoreShift platform: $499 to $799 a month per bot, with volume discounts at two or more. Your site connects without a rebuild.

Questions worth asking.
- Will a rebuild tank my rankings?
- No. The crawler already captures your current URL map, so every page ships with a 301 redirect on launch. Your links and your rankings carry over — we don't tank your rankings to rebuild your site.
- Can I buy just a website?
- Yes. Web is a standalone product — buy Launch, Business, or Commerce and you never hear the word AEO again. It is the cheapest thing we sell for a reason.
- Is the $497 audit really credited?
- Yes — in full, toward onboarding, if you continue.
- How long is the term?
- Twelve months on an AEO retainer. Web has no term — one-time, or 24 months.
- Do you charge based on how often I get cited?
- No. AI answers are too volatile to price on, and we're not going to bill you for something neither of us controls. One flat retainer, one monthly report.
- Which markets do you serve?
- The Southwest. We work remotely and the audit doesn't care where you are — but our reference work and local knowledge are strongest across the Southwest.
- What is a verified trace?
